Terms of Service — Onlynsfw
These Terms of Service govern your use of Onlynsfw, available at https://onlynsfw-easy.org/. Please read them carefully. By continuing on the site or opening a chat with any Onlynsfw companion you accept every clause below.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By opening any page on https://onlynsfw-easy.org/ or by starting a chat with any Onlynsfw AI companion, you agree to every clause in this document. If you do not agree, close this tab and do not use the service.
2. Adults only
You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the local age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. Onlynsfw contains adult themes, suggestive imagery and mature conversation. Minors are not permitted anywhere on this site.
3. Nature of the service
Every character, model, persona and voice inside Onlynsfw is a work of fiction generated by artificial intelligence. No message from any Onlynsfw companion is from a real human being. Do not treat any output as advice, fact, testimony or medical, legal or financial guidance.
4. Account and access
Some features of Onlynsfw may require an account or a partner login through a linked service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for every action taken under your login.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use Onlynsfw to generate content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, non-consensual scenarios presented as real, criminal instructions, or content that violates the laws of your country. Onlynsfw reserves the right to interrupt, block or terminate any session that appears to violate this clause.
6. User-submitted content
Anything you type into a Onlynsfw chat, contact form or feedback field is treated as your content. You grant Onlynsfw a limited licence to process it in order to reply to you and to improve the service. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
7. Intellectual property
All personas, names, artwork, model imagery, layout, code, copy and branding on Onlynsfw are the property of Onlynsfw or its licensors. You may not scrape, mirror, resell or retrain third-party models on Onlynsfw content.
8. Payments and third-party partners
Some links on Onlynsfw redirect to partner platforms that operate their own paid experiences, subscriptions or premium chat access. Onlynsfw is not the merchant of record for those partners; billing and refund policies are governed by the partner shown at checkout.
9. No refunds for delivered digital access
Where Onlynsfw or a partner sells access to a chat, a session, a message pack or a subscription window, and that access has been opened, the digital service is considered delivered and non-refundable unless local consumer law says otherwise.
10. Availability
Onlynsfw is delivered "as is" and "as available". We may take the service down for maintenance, upgrades, moderation or legal reasons without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access and we do not promise that any specific companion will always be available.
11. No professional advice
Nothing said by a Onlynsfw companion is professional advice. If you need medical, mental-health, legal or financial help, please talk to a qualified human professional in your country.
12. Warnings about content
Onlynsfw explores adult themes. If a specific topic distresses you, close the chat, ask the companion to change scene, or leave the site. You are always in control of the exit.
13. Third-party links
Some pages on Onlynsfw link to external partner sites and CPA offers. Once you leave https://onlynsfw-easy.org/ you are on that partner's terms and privacy policy. Onlynsfw does not control and is not responsible for the content of external sites.
14. Cookies and tracking
Onlynsfw uses first-party cookies for consent, session and preference storage, and may use analytics or partner tracking with your consent. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
15. Age of models depicted
Every AI companion depicted on Onlynsfw is written and rendered as an adult character. Any imagery that reads as a minor, or any request to produce such imagery, is prohibited by clause 5 and will be refused.
16. Reporting abuse
If you believe content on Onlynsfw violates law or your rights, contact us via the Contact page with the URL, a short description and any evidence. We respond to valid reports and remove content where required.
17. Termination
Onlynsfw may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason we consider necessary to protect the platform or its users.
18. Changes to these Terms
Onlynsfw may update these Terms. The version live at https://onlynsfw-easy.org/terms/ at the moment you use the service is the version that applies. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
19. Force majeure
Onlynsfw is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of upstream AI providers, hosting, payment processors, or acts of governments.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlynsfw, its owners and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us, if any, in the last 90 days.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onlynsfw, its owners, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit.
22. Privacy
Your use of Onlynsfw is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Read it. It is short.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law grants you a mandatory alternative.
24. Severability
If any clause of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest of the document remains in full force.
